What is Tokyo Metlocker PLUS?
Temporary storage of luggage at train stations just got more convenient.
Tokyo Metro is pleased to announce a new style of locker service
that allows you to make reservations via a dedicated app and even arrange delivery
from the locker directly to your hotel.
Luggage deposited in the locker by 2:00 p.m. can be delivered to approximately
500 hotels in the Tokyo area by around 7:00 p.m.
Whether exploring the sites or visiting on business,
you can now travel around Tokyo with more freedom
without worrying about your luggage.
How to use the lockers
Place your luggage
in an empty locker and
close the door.
Select “Deliver to Hotel”
from the touch panel and proceed
to the forwarding procedure.
Tap your transportation IC card
on the reader
to complete payment.
Head to your hotel.
Inform the front desk
that you used a luggage
delivery service.
Receive your luggage.

You can send any number of pieces of luggage that fit in the locker.
※please note that overpacking may prevent the doors from opening.
No. You cannot specify a pickup time. Items deposited in the lockers by 2:00 p.m. will be delivered by approximately 7:00 p.m.
※Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to weather and traffic conditions.
The following transportation system electronic money can be used.

Yes. You can retrieve your luggage deposited in a locker from the first train until the last train of the day.
Please check the Tokyo Metro website for the times of last train departures.

Reservations can be made through the dedicated SPACER app. Download the app from the following link.
No. You can only arrange for luggage delivery to your hotel using the touch panel on the locker.
The app cannot be used to arrange for luggage delivery.
Delivery can be made to approximately 500 hotels in the Tokyo area, including Maihama and Urayasu, as well as Shinjuku, Ginza, and Asakusa.
